Closing Ceremony of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Education Intervention Programme Motivational Camp 2025 - The House of Bolkiah

A total of 166 students were selected to participate in the Motivational Camp of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Education Intervention Programme. The students consisted of Year 6, 11 and Grade 6 students from religious schools who participated in tuition class projects under the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Educational Intervention Programme (PIP) from eight tuition class centres of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Education Intervention Programme nationwide.

The Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Education Intervention Programme Motivational Camp was held for three days starting 11 August 2025 at the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Arab School, Kampong Rimba. The Closing Ceremony of the Motivational Camp was held on 19 Safar 1447 equivalent to 13 August 2025 with the presentation of certificates of participation to the participants. Present as the guest of honour was Yang Mulia Awang Haji Abdullah @Dollah bin Haji Ahad, Assistant Managing Director (Corporate Services), Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.

The closing ceremony of the camp also saw a speech from the representative of the participants, Awang Mohamad Aniq Muizz bin Roslany.

The Motivational Camp is one of the projects under the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Education Intervention Programme and is held in conjunction with the school term holidays. The purpose of the camp is to instill a positive spirit and develop and shape the students to become faithful, disciplined, confident, responsible and authoritative people who are the foundation to help them achieve success in life.

The Tuition Class Project under the Educational Intervention Programme (PIP) is one of the initiatives of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah specifically to help improve the educational attainment of children from low-income and underprivileged families who are identified as needing close guidance in the field of academia so that they can continue their studies perfectly to a higher level.
